With more than 15 years of insurance industry experience, Aquila Matthews, a native Washingtonian, has found his true passion as a community advocate by serving in the role of a licensed public adjuster. After many years of working as a sales agent for a prominent public adjusting firm, he noticed an opportunity to elevate the level of customer service that homeowners receive when filing an insurance claim. He found the lack of transparency and accountability displayed from the insurance companies astounding and was determined to make a difference.
The fundamental idea that people deserve to be treated fairly and with respect became the cornerstone of his own company, Insurance Alliance Group (IAG). Founded in 2017, IAG is fully committed to achieving 100% client satisfaction. Aquila takes great pride in being transparent, communicating every step of the insurance claim and settlement process with his clients. His primary goal is to ease the burden of every client while they are recovering from an emotionally traumatic experience such as a fire, water damage, or another disaster.
